Do I need technical skills?
No. I handle the setup, you just use it.
How much does it cost?
You get a fixed price after the review. It depends on things like the amount of data and the number and complexity of the systems involved.
How long does it take?
A typical project takes 1–4 weeks, depending on how many systems need connecting.
Is our data safe?
Yes. I ask for read-only access where possible, everything stays in your own accounts, and I work in line with GDPR.
What if our system isn't listed?
Data can be pulled from almost anything, even export files. Let's look at it together.
Do I need paid licences?
Not necessarily. If your company already has a Microsoft subscription that includes a Power BI licence, we can use that. Otherwise Metabase is a perfectly good free alternative. I will help you choose.
Can we keep Excel?
Yes. You can still export the data to Excel whenever you like.
What happens after handover?
You get detailed documentation, and optional monthly support if you want it.
