Who handles your data?

What data do I collect?

• Contact form: name, email address, company (if provided) and your message.
• Booking a call (Cal.com): name, email address, the chosen time and any notes.
• Visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): the address of the page viewed, the referring page, the browser and device type, the country and the page load time. Cloudflare processes this in aggregate: it uses no cookies, does not track visitors from page to page or across other websites, and builds no individual profile.

Why, and on what legal basis?

I use the details you send me only to reply to your enquiry and send you a quote. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). I use the visit statistics to improve the website, based on my legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who has access? (processors)

• Formspree, Inc. (USA) – delivering contact form messages.
• Cal.com, Inc. (USA) – call booking.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) – website hosting and visit statistics.

Transfers to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long do I keep it?

For 12 months after your enquiry is closed, or until you withdraw consent. If we sign a contract, for as long as the law requires.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking, marketing or analytics cookies.

The visit statistics work without cookies and store nothing in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction, object to its processing, request data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just email [email protected].
